Building a company can be exciting and deeply lonely. Some weeks the hardest part is a strained relationship with a co-founder or team member. Other weeks it's the uncertainty, the overwhelm, and the pressure of deciding without all the answers.

How it works

This is a free weekly gathering where founders bring one real situation, receive coaching, learn from one another, and take a useful next step.

It's not a lecture and it's not a networking event. It's facilitated small-group coaching around real situations. You can participate and receive coaching, offer peer reflection, or just listen. No names or confidential details needed.

Two connected themes

  1. Relationships under pressure: co-founder tension, team conflict, difficult conversations, trust, roles, boundaries, working agreements.
  2. Clarity under pressure: uncertainty, overwhelm, competing priorities, difficult decisions, attention, energy.

The group is also the front door to 1:1 and co-founder coaching.
