This may be for you
My job ended and I am not sure where I fit now.
I still have a job, but the ground is moving beneath me.
I lead other people, but I do not have all the answers myself.
I know I need to adapt, but I feel overwhelmed by where to begin.
What you will do
Bring something real. Work on it together. Try it in your life.
See what is changing
Map the changes in your role, responsibilities, identity, and working environment.
Find your agency
Separate what you can shape from what you cannot control.
Choose your practice
Work on pathfinding, leadership, an AI skill, a conversation, or a real initiative.
Return and learn
Share what happened, reflect honestly, and decide what you will do next.
Between sessions
The learning continues in your actual life and work.
You choose work that fits your situation. This is not one assignment for everyone.
Pathfinding
Explore a direction, speak with someone in the field, or create something that shows what you can do.
Leadership
Prepare a conversation, respond to emotion, or test a new way of working with other people.
Practical AI learning
Learn a tool that matters to your work and apply it to a real task with judgment and care.
A real initiative
Bring something you are trying to change and move it forward between sessions.
Reflection
Notice what the change brings up, what you are learning, and what is becoming clearer.
Accountability
Stay connected with a cohort partner and return ready to discuss what actually happened.
What you leave with
More than insight.
By the final session, you will have a clearer direction and evidence from actions you have already taken.
- A personal change map
- A clearer next direction
- A conversation, workflow, or initiative you tested
- A practical plan for the next 30 days
- People who can keep supporting your progress
The details
Know what you are joining.
How does the cohort run?
Four weekly 90 minute live sessions. Groups are offered separately online and in San Francisco. The cohort is limited to 8 to 10 people.
How much time is needed between sessions?
Plan for about one hour each week. The work should fit into something you already need to do, not create another burden.
Do I need a technical background?
No. People from any field are welcome. AI may be part of the change, but the cohort is about your real work, choices, relationships, and direction.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We can provide a simple description and invoice for professional development support.
When are dates and price confirmed?
Everyone on the interest list receives the dates, location, full commitment, and price before deciding whether to join. Applying does not commit you.
The next cohort
Tell us what is changing for you.
Share a few details. Nima will send the dates, price, and next step when the next group opens. There is no commitment.
