# InsightsOut

> InsightsOut (insightsout.work) is a San Francisco company founded by Nima Imani. It works on AI change from both sides, the people and the technology: coaching, leadership, and AI transformation. For organizations: leadership coaching and alignment, manager and team work for human–AI teams (onboarding agents as teammates, deciding who decides what, communicating under pressure), coaching for people whose roles are changing, and the technology solution built with the team. For founders and builders: 1:1 and co-founder coaching on conflict, overwhelm, and decisions under uncertainty, aimed at product-market fit, the raise, and revenue. For small business owners and individuals: AI transformation consulting and coaching (more revenue, less time and money wasted), starting with a free consultation. For everyone: public workshops in San Francisco and research built from what people share in these rooms. One purpose underneath: protecting and strengthening human agency and leadership during rapid change. Founder: Nima Imani, an ICF-certified, ontologically trained coach with 10+ years in software, data and AI (EY, Neo4j).
